The church is currently involved in inner city ministries in a number of ways. The church provides budgeted funds to support the inner-city ministries at Woodcock Memorial Baptist located in the heart of Nashville. The Men’s Ministry also coordinates an annual golf tournament with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Woodcock.

A number of church members are involved in support of the ministry at Woodcock through prayer and volunteering during Wednesday noon meals and services. For several years, church members have conducted a children’s Bible club during the noon hour on Wednesdays during the summer. In addition, one child and one teenager joined our church on the Centrakid and Centrifuge summer camps last summer.

Missions Opportunity:

Volunteers are needed to lead a Bible Club for children on Wednesdays at 11:30 a.m. in June and July at Woodcock Memorial Baptist Church. We are also looking for someone to lead a club for teenagers. You can bring your kids with you. We especially need men to help. Please contact Lisa McIntosh if you would like to volunteer.
